Eine umfassende Smile Transformation, die vor drei Monaten begann…

Unser Patient Jürgen Klaus Malewski startete seine Behandlung mit gleichzeitigen Zahnextraktionen und der Versorgung mit 12 Implantaten in einer einzigen Sitzung.
Am selben Tag wurden provisorische Zähne eingesetzt, um sowohl Ästhetik als auch Komfort von Beginn an zu gewährleisten.

Bei unserem Patienten, Herrn Joachim K., wurden im Seitenzahnbereich aufgrund funktioneller Defizite insgesamt 5 Implantate inseriert.

Im Frontzahnbereich erfolgte keine Zahnextraktion. Die vorhandene Zahnsubstanz wurde vollständig erhalten und es wurde eine 25-gliedrige Kronenversorgung geplant und umgesetzt.

Ziel dieses individuellen Behandlungskonzeptes war:
• Der maximale Erhalt der natürlichen Zahnsubstanz
• Die Wiederherstellung einer stabilen und belastbaren Kaufunktion
• Die Optimierung der Ästhetik sowie einer harmonischen Zahn-Gesichtsrelation

Jede Behandlung wird nach einer ausführlichen klinischen und radiologischen Diagnostik individuell geplant und fachgerecht durchgeführt.

Als Vitalij vor 3 Monaten zum ersten Mal die Sirius Denta Klinik betrat, war unser Ziel klar:
ein stabiles, ästhetisches und langlebiges Lächeln.

🔹 Tag 1:
In nur einer Sitzung wurden 12 Implantate eingesetzt. Damit unser Patient seinen Alltag ohne Unterbrechung fortsetzen konnte, erhielt er am selben Tag provisorische Zähne.

🔹 Zweite Phase:
Nach der präzisen Abdrucknahme wurde eine hochstabile Titanium-Bar-Unterkonstruktion vorbereitet.

🔹 Finale:
Darauf wurden 26-gliedrige Zirkonkeramik-Zähne eingesetzt – eine perfekte Verbindung aus Ästhetik und Funktion.

🔹 Beginn: Der Zahn Nr. 12 benötigte eine Wurzelbehandlung.
🔹 Zahn Nr. 11 hatte eine Zyste an der Wurzel und verlor seine Funktion, daher wurde der Zahn gezogen. Die Zyste wurde sorgfältig entfernt, gesundes Gewebe blieb erhalten.
🔹 Um Ästhetik und Funktion wiederherzustellen, wurde ein Implantat in Zahn Nr. 11 mit Gewebe aus dem Gaumen eingesetzt.
🔹 Für ein rundum ästhetisches Ergebnis: Die Zähne 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,21,22,23 wurden mit Zirkonium-Kronen versorgt.

💎 Dieser Prozess stellte nicht nur die Zahngesundheit wieder her, sondern schuf auch ein ästhetisch perfektes Lächeln.
